The abstract up to 120 words must be formatted using the text format (no equations, no graphs no plots) and should clearly state the proposed contribution, methodology, results and major conclusions. The abstract should be formatted using the respective submission template on the website. The abstract must be submitted electronically through the conference website
Maximum one week after Author’s Abstract submission, the Authors will be notified about the decision of the Scientific Committee. The abstracts accepted by the Scientific Committee will be included in a Book of Abstracts with an ISBN-number.
After receiving abstract acceptance letter, the Authors are invited to prepare full paper for review. The paper template with the instructions regarding formatting are available by link:

The full paper should clearly state purpose of the work and should included: the introduction, methodology, results and main conclusions. The full paper should not exceed eight (8) A4 pages. The Authors are asked to submit the full paper in PDF format. The full paper must be submitted electronically through the conference website by 15 February 2016.

The Paper will be reviewed by members of the Scientific Committee or by scientists nominated by the Scientific Committee and the acceptance will depend upon result of the reviewing process. All papers accepted by the Scientific Committee and presented during the conference will be included in the volume of Proceedings published in the Journal of Physics: Conference Series.
